Patricia Joan Foster (nee LaCroix) age 86, at rest October 4, 2024. Beloved wife of the late James Coburn Foster for 58 wonderful years. Loving mother of Tina (Ron) Hauri, Angelina Mia (James) Lucchesi, Jeffrey James (Cheryl) and Timothy Coburn Foster C.F.D.; cherished grandmother of Victoria Ann Lucchesi, Thomas Zachary and Mason Coburn Foster, Cameron Ronald, Spencer Ronald and Travis Ronald Hauri. Preceded in death by her sisters Beverly Jean (James) Howey and LaNetta (Lee) Stine. Visitation will take place Tuesday, October 8, 2024 from 3:00 until 8:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Interment will take place at Christian Union Cemetery in Garrett, IN.

Daniel Brian Stanton of Park Ridge, Illinois (aged 56) passed away peacefully on October 2, 2024, surrounded by his family. For 21 years, Dan was the loving husband, partner, and best friend of Sheila (nee McCann). Above all, Dan was devoted to his family, and his legacy lives through his children Finbar (19), Seamus (17), Sinead (16), and Liam (14). Raised in a large and loving Irish American family, Dan is preceded in death by his parents Harold (Retired Captain, CPD) and Mary Celeste, infant brother Michael T., and nephews Tommy Grady and Kevin Quinlan. He is survived and lovingly remembered by his siblings Sheila (Larry) Marshall, Eileen (Bob) Quinn, Colleen (Jerry Casey, MD) Quinlan, Teresa (Emmett, DDS) Grady, Patrick (Mary Ann), Peggy (Michael) Schmit, Celeste (Kevin) Alcock, Noreen (Chris) Janson, and his twin Michael (Lisa) as well as his 34 Stanton nieces and nephews. Dan was beloved by his parents-in-law, Michael and Sarah McCann, his brothers- and sisters-in-law Michael (Tricia), Kathleen, Sarah (Patrick) McGovern, Peter, and Kevin, and his eight McCann nieces and nephews. He is fondly remembered by his Stanton and Maloney cousins, Sheila’s Hoey and McCann extended families, and his many friends from Sauganash, Queen of All Saints, Loyola Academy, Indiana University, Park Ridge, the Chicago Roofing Contractors Association, and beyond. Dan held many titles in life, but the ones he was most proud of were husband and father. Dan’s legacy is everlasting and guided by his strong faith, love of family and friends, and fondness for his Irish heritage. Visitation Sunday, October 6, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Highway, Park Ridge. Friends are asked to meet for a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, October 7, at Saint Paul of the Cross, Park Ridge. Interment at All Saints Cemetery. In honor of Dan, please consider wearing something green. In lieu of flowers, donations to support the college education of the Stanton children are appreciated.
