Effective after 01 November 2024, all requests for Voluntary Annual Wellness Check-In sessions will be scheduled for the 2025 calendar year. All active sworn and civilian members of the Chicago Police Department requesting these sessions will be accommodated within the standard 60 day scheduling period, as referenced in Employee Resource E07-07: Voluntary Annual Wellness Check-In Program, starting in January 2025, to ensure high quality, uninterrupted support. Please note that our team remains available for all standard counseling appointments and other supportive services, including crisis intervention, the Peer Support Program, and Traumatic Incident Stress Management, as outlined in Employee Resource E06-01: Professional Counseling Division.
