ERROR IN RCPA NEWSLETTER FEB 2023

In the President's Message on the first page of the Feb 2023 RCPA Newsletter there was an error in reference to the (COLA) of 3%.
Retirees must have been born before 1966 and not 1976. We are sorry for the error. This will also be corrected in our next newsletter.
