Joseph M. Collins, recently departed loving son of Margaret (nee Sullivan) and the late John Collins, Ret CFD. Devoted father of Erin and Joe. Cherished brother of John (Doreen) Collins, Kathleen (John) Geoghegan and Peggy (Tom) Tunney. Adored uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Joe was a graduate of Mt. Carmel High School, class of 1974 and a retired mechanic for CTA. Joe was a big teddy bear of a man and easily made friends with everybody he met. He used to say he was the only Joe you needed to know, and he was right.
