INDEPENDENT FILM COMPANY LOOKING FOR HELP

Hello,

I'm an independent film director here in Chicago. I'm working on a really cool project shooting in May that no one has ever done anything like.

As part of the film, there is a scene where a police car drives into an alley, two officers exit, and arrest a suspect. Unfortunately we don't have near the budget to obtain this equipment like the big studio shows, Chicago PD for example. Therefore, we have to think outside of the box a littlle more. I wanted to reach out and see if you might have any ideas on how I could locate a police car, as well as CPD standard issue gear.

In addition, if there are any recently retired officers I would also be interested in seeing if any had any interest in playing the officers themselves in the film. I figure if it's a possibility a real officer would do a much better job than an actor would.
