Patricia Madonna Panici, 93 (nee Burns) passed away peacefully surrounded by her Family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Michael. She is survived by her children Robert (Linda) Zdora, CPD, retired, Patricia (the late Robert) Bulinski, Diane (John Underwood) Gellings and Carol Ann Magoto; loving grandmother of Brian Gellings, Robert (Bethany Highberger) Zdora and Jason Zdora; sister of the late Robert (Mary) Burns, Edward (Margaret) Burns, Helen Bartosik and Marianne (Raymond) Ziemnik; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Patricia will be remembered as a caring person, always calling and praying for family & friends in need. She never forgot to send a thoughtful card for birthdays, holidays and special occasions. She belonged to many ministries including her favorite, St. Vincent de Paul at St. Symphorosa and St. Stephens Deacon & Martyr. Patricia was always willing to help others. Her motto was “If I can put a smile on someone’s face, I’m happy!” While we will miss her greatly, we are comforted by her reunion with the many family members and friends that have gone before her. George “Sol” Salituro entered eternal life August 12, 2023. He was preceded by: parents, George Salituro & Divina Salituro nee Storino; sister Rosemary Fanizza. He is survived by his loving wife Dolores Salituro nee Sartori, sons Christopher (Sofia) and Joseph (Lauren) Serafina, Francesca. Vincent and Lorenzo. Sol served humbly as a fixture at O’Hare Airport for 50 years, mostly as a Chicago Police Officer, but also as National Guard, Security and volunteer at the O’Hare Chapel. He was also a proud basket-ball coach at Our Lady of Sorrows and Fenwick High School. Deeply grateful to the Servite priests.
