The Drug and Alcohol Section of the Professional Counseling Division will be hosting a virtual No Cop Outs (NCO) / AA meeting via Zoom on Sunday, 30 Jun 2024 from 1200-1300 hours. No Cop Outs is a meeting place for police officers experiencing difficulties in their lives – or wanting to change their lives because of alcohol and related addictions. Everyone is welcome at No Cop Outs, regardless of rank, gender, race, or religion. Attendance at a No Cop Outs meeting is entirely voluntary and confidential. There are no records of attendance or membership. Members disclose only what they care to tell about themselves. By attending a No Cop Outs meeting, you will be offered friendship and understanding, and support from police officers who have walked the walk. Police officers have had their lives positively turned around by becoming part of No Cop Outs. Login information for this meeting, as well as information about other NCO meetings, can be obtained by calling any of the Professional Counseling Division’s three locations: North (312) 742-0226, Central (312) 743-0378, or South (312) 742-0222.
