TODAY, 12 July 2024 from 1100 - 1400 hours at Public Safety Headquarters, the Office of Community Policing will be hosting Reiki Wellness sessions on the 1st floor in the Media Room (next to the Multipurpose Room). All department members are invited and sessions normally last approximately 10 minutes. Come and take 10 minutes out of your day to destress.

Spiritual Wellness is a vital part of Officer Wellness. The Chicago Chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Peace Officers (FCPO) holds its regular monthly meetings on the 2nd Saturday of each month at the Chicago Police Academy located at 1300 W. Jackson Blvd. This month’s fellowship meeting will be held on 13 JULY 2024 from 0800-1000 hours. All active duty and retired members are welcome to attend. The FCPO is a nationwide ministry for law enforcement officers, by law enforcement officers. Federal, state, and local law enforcement officers both active duty and retired. Officer Wellness information and meeting dates can be obtained on the Cordico Wellness Application.

The CPD Knights Baseball Club invites you to a special event on 17 July 2024 at the picturesque Wintrust Field, home of the Schaumburg Boomers. The CPD Knights in collaboration with the United States Military Baseball Club, the Wardogs, we are hosting a fundraising event to support our veterans in need of service dogs. Your participation will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have served our country. We look forward to your presence and generosity. - Free Parking - Gates Open: 5:30 PM - Flag and Pre-Game Ceremony: 6:00 PM - First Pitch: 7:00 PM. Attachment on AMC # 309832.
