Cesar Augustus Pinzon retired CPD, age 78, of Avon Park, Florida passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024. A visitation for Cesar will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 7900 Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota, FL 34241. A committal service and military honors will occur Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota, FL 34241. David W. Stallard, (Ret. CPD), age 80, late of Schererville, IN and formerly of Hegewisch passed away on August 27, 2024. Beloved husband of Diane (Nee McNitt) for 60 years. Loving father of Cole (Kathleen) Stallard, Shannon Campbell and Erin (Jesus) Cadena. Devoted grandfather of Christian (Alexis), Darius, Nicole, Joseph, Lauren, Chloe, Elijah, Jordan, Baby Jesus, Bella and late Calib. Cherished great-grandfather of Gabriella Grace. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Paul and Margaret; sisters Audrey Aguilar and Elsie Collins, and brother Paul Stallard. Dave was a longtime member of the Chicago Police Department Drum and Bugle Corp and refereed high school basketball for over 20 years. Memorial visitation Tuesday, September 3, 2024, from 2-8 p.m. at the Elmwood Chapel 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago, IL 60617.
