Timothy Charles Wilson May 6, 2025, long time resident of the Clearing neighborhood. Beloved husband of Carol A. Wilson, nee O'Bradovic. Cherished father of Meghan (Michael) Love, Timothy Wilson, Jr., the late baby Christopher Wilson, Benjamin Wilson and Samuel Wilson. Timothy was the adored grandfather of Matthew Love, Stella Stahnke, and Madison Love, and the devoted brother of David Wilson and the late Shawn Wilson. Timothy was preceded in death by his parents Charles Wilson and Mary Katherine O'Daniel Wilson. Timothy was a proud member of the Cook County Sheriff's Department for over 22 years, serving as a Sergeant in his most recent years. Tim loved hunting and the outdoors. He was known to all as a man that could fix "just about anything!" He enjoyed watching TV, Caddy Shack and Being Married with Children, he could never get enough of them. Above all, Timothy was known as a loving, caring and generous family man. He took great joy in spending time and helping his family. Being a grandfather brought him much joy. He loved his family and his family loved him beyond words. Services will be held at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL, where family and friends will gather on Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral Service at 6 p.m. Cremation has taken place in accordance with his wishes.
