TRADE IN OFFER!
The Department has secured a “trade in” option with Acme Sports, who is the regional Sig Sauer distributor, for members who have the Sig Sauer P320 registered with the Department as their Prescribed Weapon or Alternate Prescribed Weapon. Members may trade in their P320, pay a 95.00-dollar difference, and select one of the following: Sig Sauer P365XL models P365XL with a 3.7” barrel and three 17 round magazines, or P365XL with a 4.3” barrel, one 17 round magazine and two 21 round magazines. The 365XL models listed may be used as a member’s Prescribed Weapon or Alternate Prescribed Weapon. To receive the offer from Acme Sports, members must trade in their P320, the original box, and three magazines. The vendor may modify the trade-in value for any missing, replaced, or damaged items. Members must be aware that duty-rated holsters made by Safariland for the Sig Sauer P365XL will not become available until August 2025. Additionally, such holsters in their pistol-mounted light bearing variant will only be able to accommodate the Streamlight TLR7. Due to the current lack of holster availability, members’ firearm purchases through this trade-in offer will be held by the vendor until the holsters become available. This “trade in” option will be available through Acme Sports during Training and Support Group “Gun Days.” See AMC 320793 for more details including “Gun Day” event dates, times, and locations.
