Deacy, age 89; Passed away on September 15, 2026; He was born on October 7th, 1936, in Chicago; Devoted husband of Grace Annette, nee Frisz, for 60 years; Son of the late Patrick and the late Mary Deacy of County Mayo, Ireland; Loving father of Mara (Bob) Kearney, Pat (Leanne) Deacy, and Linda (Tom) Linane; Proud, supportive and hilarious “Pa” of Liam, Sadie, Patrick, Nora, Jimmy, Mary Claire, Claudia, Cara, and Colleen; He is also survived by his biological son Steve (Sharon) Newman whose company he enjoyed as they recently discovered their connection; Beloved brother of the late Mary (late James) Gilfillan, late Dennis Deacy, late Joanne (late Art) Follenweider, late Margaret Wilson, late Patricia (late Dick) Albon and late Tom (Carol) Deacy; Cherished uncle and friend to many; Jim was a man of great presence, whose warmth, strength, work ethic and larger-than-life sprit left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him!
