After 35+ years in law enforcement myself, I know whether fully retired or not you are no doubt a busy person, so I'll keep this brief.

Based predominantly on personal experiences, I recently published a small book of short, humorous police stories - Police Pranks and Misdemeanors. I believe police officers and other first responders would enjoy my stories.
