Medical benefits hearing

Hi

Today was the hearing on our medical benefits in Federal court. I was not there but I have the info. Each side had 20 minutes and there was to be time for a rebuttal on our side. Judge Holderman after hearing both sides he denied a rebuttal from Krizlov. The judge also wanted to know why this was in federal court. The response was that the City requested and filed in federal court. (To waste time???)



Anyway it looks like the judge will sent the issue back to a lower court, and then it’s reasonable for it to end up in the Illinois Supreme court. What the city is doing is using our tax dollars to fight us. So far Fire has only donated a minimum amount and the other funds zero. If anyone other than RCPA, FOP, and Sergeants have donated money it’s news to me.
