Without ever reaching the merits of our audit motion (to enforce extended benefits under settlement agreement and order the city to audit and reconcile healthcare charges for the second half of the 2013 plan year), Judge Cohen has ruled that we must file this as a new complaint in a new case. Attached is the Court’s Order.
