Saturday August 5, 2017 at 1000, Father Brandt will begin the rededication of the memorial for RICH (Skip), CLARK. Rich was killed in the line of duty in the 19th District on 3 April 1986. The Memorial was moved near the boat house, at Clark Park, due to continued vandalism.
