Private Driver Needed

I'm wondering if there's a way that I can share a part-time Driver opportunity with the Retired Chicago Police Association? I am working with a downtown Chicago client (retired couple) who is hoping to hire a private driver to assist them 10+ hours weekly. They would love to hire a retired police office or fire fighter.
I would be grateful for any advice you have on how to spread the word.
