My name is John Duggan from Ireland. I have been researching my family and have found out my grandmother's first cousin was with the Chicago police department his name was Patrick A Rickard he died in Florida in the 1990. My question is I'm wondering if any photos exist with Patrick in uniform or which department he served with. Any help regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated regards. John Duggan
