TV Production needs help

My name is Sam Paulson and I am currently working with a TV production based out of Chicago. The series includes an investigation based in the early 90's. I was hoping to be put in touch with someone who would be willing to answer some of our questions about what it was like to be a cop during that period. The questions would be mostly about police procedure and the type of materials that were used. Our goal is to have our show be as realistic as possible.
