     My name is Jim Orlando. I am the nephew of Donald E. Muszynski. He is a retired Chicago Police Officer Star #6099. His date of birth is 7/17/33. He died on Christmas Day. I am inquiring about any death benefits or Police Honors for the wake or funeral.  He is to be waked on Tuesday, January 3rd, from 2pm to 8pm, at Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S. Ewing Avenue, Chicago, Il 60617, # 773-731-2749. His funeral will be at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953W. Hoff Rd., Elwood, Il., 60421, #815-423-9958.
