Public Safety Headquarters, Multi-Purpose Room (1st floor) / 3510 S. Michigan Avenue Chicago, IL 60653. CPD will host multiple 2-hour seminar sessions featuring The Quell Foundation's First Responders Sound the Alarm documentary in an effort to normalize the conversation surrounding mental health and remove the stigma associated with mental health treatment. Participation in this wellness program is voluntary and all Department members (active/retired and sworn/civilian) and their family members are encouraged to attend either on-duty or off-duty.
