Police Officer Ella G. French, Star #15013. All radio zones will observe a 30 second period of radio silence Today, 07 August 2023 at 1200 hours. This is in honor of Police Officer Ella G. French #15013, assigned to Unit 716, who was shot and killed in the line of duty at 2108 hours on 07 August 2021 in the 008th District.
