Loving mother of the late Shari (the late Michael) Kertez, Candice, Sara (Anthony), Joene, Billie (Robert). Angela (Joel) and Edward. Cherished grandmother of Katherine, Michael, William, Jeffrey, Kristina, Angela, Annamarie, Daniel, the late Anthony, Anton, Justin, Matthias, Nicholas, Camille, Sarah, Jennifer, Angelia and William. Great grandmother of 22. She was preceded in death by her parents Giloromo and Josephine and her siblings the late Christopher, Jennie, August, Frank, Sam, Joseph, Rose and James. Funeral Services Begin: Wednesday 10:30 A.M. at the Funeral Home and will proceed to St. Juliana Church. Funeral Mass 11:30 A.M. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, River Grove.

Timothy O. Schaefer, Age 63, Served as an officer for Lincolnwood Police Dept. for 30 years. Proud member of a number of organizations, including serving as the President of the German American Police Association and member of the TKE fraternity. Survived by three children, Mark, Nicole (Jeff), and Matthew (Shannon), his granddaughter, Adelynn, and his dog, Layla, his partner, Cathy, godchildren Danny and Sydney, many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Richard P. And Rose Marie (nee Boeykens) and his three brothers, William, Richard S. and Dennis. He is the former husband of Mary Beth (nee Luecker) Schaefer. WINTER CLOTHING DRIVE!

The City of Chicago, in partnership with New Life Centers, is hosting a Winter Clothing Drive to support the many men, women and children the city has welcomed this year. You can share in this humanitarian effort by doing one of the following: 1) Place new or gently used items (i.e. coats, boots, gloves, scarves, hats or blankets) in the bins located in the lobby of Public Safety Headquarters. 2) Donate directly to the Amazon Wish List on Chicago.gov/support. 3) Drop-off new items at New Life Center’s Warehouse at 4401 W. Ogden from Monday-Friday, 8am[1]5pm or gently used items at Cradles to Crayons locations across the city. (Visit cradlestocrayons.org for locations) New Life Centers will be picking-up items from the bins on the following dates: November and 24 December 1, 10 and 17.
