James L. Mullins. Retired Sergeant, C.P.D. Loving son of the late William and Ruth Mullins. Stepdad to Anna Foltyn and Matthew Cifuentes. Loving brother to Kenneth (Jan) Mullins, Carol (John) Waldmueller, Bonnie (John) Wilson, Timothy (Wendy) Mullins, Mary Lou (Robert) D’Amato, Judith (Victor) Bizzotto, the late Gerald (Marlene) Mullins, the late Nancy Jornd, the late Lawrence Mullins, the late Michael Mullins, the late Kevin (Sasha) Mullins, and the late Terrence (Carol) Mullins. Jim was esteemed by so many for his impact, influence, and support that he gave. His kind, generous and unselfish manner made him an angel of God on earth. To so many he was a mentor, a role model and above all a genuine and true friend. He would always say that if you find a true friend you have found a true treasure in life. Jim was a true treasure.
