He was the beloved husband of Arlene, devoted father to Patrick (Cook County Sheriff’s Office), John, Thomas, and godfather to Ryan. Danny will be deeply missed by his loving family, including his mother Mary (predeceased by his father Patrick), father-in-law Ed (Carmen), brother Thomas (Jen), nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, and many friends. Danny loved traveling the world, experiencing new cultures, and connecting with people. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and bicycle riding. Danny was a loving father to his three boys and a devoted husband to his wife, Arlene. During his tenure at Wilmette PD, Danny graduated from the Police Training Institute (PTI) as an honor graduate and Top Gun. He furthered his education at Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command, achieving the rank of Sergeant. Pursuing his lifelong dream of becoming an attorney, Danny earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University, a milestone he was most proud of. Besides English and Russian, he was fluent in German and Spanish.
