Judge's Ruling On Retiree Healthcare


Judge Cohen just made his decision regarding Retiree Healthcare. He said that Retiree Healthcare is a Constitutionally protected right and the City cannot walk away from Retiree Healthcare.


The City's motion to dismiss was denied as well.

Judge Cohen will release his written decision on December 11, 2015.
