Looking for help in 1980s at Cabrini - Green

I’m a journalist on assignment for The Marshall Project, and I’m hoping you can help me locate two retired Chicago Police officers: John P. McHugh (# 14372) and James Ward (# 9164). They were partners in the Public Housing North unit in the 80s, and I’d like to interview them for my article, which is about someone they knew in Cabrini-Green.
