Rate of Pay: $13 per hour (no benefits)

This is a part time position up to 30 hours per week. Schedules are on a rotating negotiated basis within team members. Schedule choices are:
Guardhouse: 5AM-3pm Inhouse: 5AM-1PM
8PM-5AM 1PM-9PM
8PM-2AM 8PM-5AM
3PM-8PM 3PM-8PM

Purpose of role:
The Loss Prevention Agent is responsible for the detection, apprehension or deterrence of Customer, Vendor and Associate activity that would otherwise result in a loss to company assets. The Loss Prevention Agent assist in promoting and monitoring compliance to company policies and procedures related to theft prevention, safety and inventory control. Further promotes awareness and training within various areas of operation execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Experience in conducting surveillance of customers, vendors and employee’s activities for potential theft detection is a must.
• Completion of documentation and maintenance of all records related to: investigations, incidents, evidence and disposition of all recovered merchandise.
• Conduct audits of operational safety, security and inventory control related procedures.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
• The ability to institute innovated approach to protecting company’s assets.
• Find innovated ways to successfully promote reduction of losses.
• Raise employee awareness in an effort to prevent the loss of our assets.
• Conduct and maintain physical security, safety and maintenance checks and inspections and report hazards to proper management.
