John Birmingham, age 91, passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023. Beloved husband of over 50 years to the late Dolores Birmingham; Loving father of Janice (Terry) Stewart and Joyce (Bill) Rohan; cherished grandfather of David Stewart, John (Rebecca) Rohan, Matthew Rohan, and Luke Rohan; Great-grandfather of Liam Rohan and Shea Rohan. A visitation for John will be held Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm at Andrew J. McGann & Son Funeral Home, 10727 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60655. A chapel prayer service will begin on Friday June 30th, 2023 beginning at 9:15am follow by a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023 at 10:00am at Queen of Martyrs Church, 10233 S. Central Park Ave., Evergreen Park, IL 60805. A committal service will occur Friday, June 30, 2023 at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery & Mausoleum, 6001 W. 111th St., Alsip, IL 60803. The Chicago Police Department is committed to creating a holistic wellness culture and is pleased to announce a new tool to support your health and wellbeing: Effective 08 June 2023, Lexipol's Cordico Wellness App is available to all Department members (i.e., sworn and civilian), their family members, and retirees at no cost. Cordico is the leader in wellness technology for first responders and their law enforcement wellness app has been vetted and approved by the National Fraternal Order of Police - Division of Wellness Services.

CPD has created three (3) user groups for the Cordico Wellness App. Everyone in a user group shares the same username and password to ensure anonymity. Please share these login credentials with family members so they can begin accessing the wellness app.
