My name is Hilary Dickinson, and I found your website for the Retired Chicago Police Association.

I am a writer from the Rockford, Ill., area, and I am writing a nonfiction book detailing Midwestern police officers' most memorable calls. Each chapter is devoted to one officer and his or her call.
