MEMBER WELLNESS SURVEY!
The Department’s greatest assets are its sworn and civilian members as well as their families. To strengthen the support provided, we are conducting a “Member Wellness Services and Support Survey”. This survey will provide valuable feedback that will assist in evaluating the effectiveness of current programs and services and give guidance on areas that may need improvement. This survey covers key areas, including the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, wellness resources, gyms, Quiet Rooms, and other Department support programs. All Department members, and their immediate family members, who utilize any of these services are invited and encouraged to participate. The survey is ongoing and can be accessed at any time from the following locations: each of the EAP offices, the Wellness Boards, the gyms, and the Quiet Rooms, as well as on our digital platforms such as the Cordico app and the internal EAP page on “The Wire.” Please take a few minutes to complete the survey at the link to QR Code provided on AMC 325355 or by going directly to the following url: https:// www.surveymonkey.com/r/RLS5Y8V. All responses are confidential and will be reviewed only in summary form. The survey will remain open indefinitely, allowing you to provide feedback at any time. Your wellness is the foundation of readiness, and we are committed to making it stronger. Thank you for your time, honesty, and continued commitment to your own well-being and the well-being of all Department members and their immediate families. Be safe. Be well.
