John M. Haag, proud US Air Force Veteran and Retired Chicago Police Officer (District 20), age 81, of Fountain Hills, Arizona, formerly of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on Friday, December 22, 2023. Beloved husband of 61 years to Diane C. Haag, (nee) Wikfors, loving father of "the four kids," Kevin (Karen Heil), Patrick, Kimberly Nelson (the late Robert), Deborah Feeley (Malachy), and beloved grandfather to Taylor Swart (Sam), Morgan, Madison, Amanda, Ashley, Vaughn, Kevin Jr., and Kara. Fond uncle and friend to many. No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned. The family will notify loved ones in the future when a service is scheduled.

Emily Kurcab (nee Grisco) beloved wife of Michael J. Kurcab, Retired CFD. Loving mother of Anita (Stephen) Slomski, Marietta (Bill) Deforest and Greg, Retired CFD (Debi) Kurcab. Cherished Grammie of Jessica (Daniel), Rebecca (Micah), Kristin, Stephanie, Alison, Jaclyn (Michael) and Madelyn. Dear Great Grammie of Hailee, Kurt, Aubrey, Edith, Genevieve, Gordon, and Ella. Dearest daughter of the late Alexander and Emily Grisco. Respected secretary at St. Jane de Chantal School for over 30 years. She enjoyed taking care of everyone in her family and spending winters post-retirement in Treasure Island, Florida. Visitation Monday January 15th 2024 at St. Daniel the Prophet Church, 5300 S. Natoma Avenue, Chicago, IL from 10:30am until time of Funeral Mass 11:30am. Private Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at a later date.
